That’s me! I’m the one who answers to your messages and calls, and will take care of your whole wine & food experience.
I’m also the leading wine tour guide.
I speak english, french and, of course, italian.
I am a also Language Coach and teach italian online to students from all over the world.
I have a passion for discovering hidden secrets and ancient history
Besides… I’m a tango dancer!
I am also a journalist and the author of Amyclae, a thriller novel that tells a very ancient legend about Sperlonga.
Amyclae in fact was the name of an ancient village that keeps a secret: it disappeared all of a sudden in mysterious circumstances, thousands of years ago.
The book also tells the story of the Emperor Tiberius who had one of his most beautiful villas here, and why he said he was the son of Ulysses.
“I must speak – as the roman poet Gaio Lucilio wrote – because Amyclae died in silence”.
So I still do
Luigi is the captain of Maria Consiglia, the boat he uses for fishing and boat tours.
He was born in Sperlonga, and soon fell in love with the sea and being outdoors.
He was a young boy when he decided to start doing this old job, far from the prerogatives of today’s young people: the fisherman.
“When you do the job that you like you have reached halves the happiness”. This is his motto!
Meet him in the Sperlonga Boat & Wine Tour.
Meet Sara, the hiking guide!
Although she was born right by the sea Sara is a real mountain addict.
As an AIGAE certified hiking guide she will show you the best views of our hills and coastline from the top, rare animals’ tracks and the marvelous varieties of our mediterranean maquis.
Ready for a hike behind one of the most beautiful italian seaside village?
She will be your guid at the Hike & Wine Tour
Marco believes that cooking is not just preparing some tasty dish.
He’s convinced that eating well is the first step to being healthy.
That’s why he spends a lot of time searching for the best local food: his supermarket is outdoors, among farmers, bakers and fishermen.
He wants the guests of his Home Restaurant “A casa di Marco” in Terracina, to get the same experience. He takes them to the farms, to the port, directly to the producers.
He performs in his cooking show and serves lunch, accompanied by local wine.
His motto: “Health comes by eating well and… spending little!”
You’ll meet him during the Terracina Fish & Wine Tour.
If you want to stay for one or more nights in Sperlonga while you plan your wine & food tour we will be happy to give you suggestions
